Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Ohio Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 10/2017 The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Industrial Compliance has updated the Minimum Wage notice. Beginning January 1, 2018, the minimum wage will be $8.30. The minimum wage rate for tipped employees will be $4.15. Employers who gross $305,000 shall pay their employees no less than the current federal minimum wage rate. A section has been added providing a contact for obtaining information on exemptions. The new revision date of the notice is September 30, 2017.


  • 04/2017 - Public Employment Risk Reduction Act - The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation has updated their Public Employment Risk Reduction Act with a new fax number and government web address.


  • 01/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Individual Compliance has updated their Minimum Wage posting to reflect changes to the effective date of the state minimum wage for the year 2016. The minimum wage rate of $8.10 per hour will continue to be effective beginning January 1, 2016.
