Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Rhode Island Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 01/2018Ban-The-Box- The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training has released notices related to the Healthy and Safe Families and Workplaces Act and the Ban-The-Box law. These are new notices that were not previously available. Additionally, the Department has made a few grammar and layout changes to the Prevailing Wage notice, Rhode Island Parental and Family Medical Leave Act notice, Unemployment Insurance Benefit notice and the Rhode Island Right-To-Know notice. These changes are effective January 1, 2018.

  • 01/2018 Minimum Wage - The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training has made a change to their Minimum Wage notice. The notice reflects a new minimum wage of $10.10 per hour. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.

  • 01/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Rhode Island Department of Labor updated the Minimum Wage posting. Effective January 1, 2016, the minimum wage will increase to $9.60 per hour and $7.20 for tipped employees. The posting also provides a new section for employees receiving gratuities, which is $3.39 per hour. There has also been minor changes to punctuation usage and the revision date has been updated.

  • 07/2015 - Notice of Right to be Free From Discrimination Because of Pregnancy, Childbirth and Related Conditions - The Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights has released the Notice of Right to be Free from Discrimination because of Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Related Conditions. This new required notice protects employees and applicants from discrimination based on pregnancy, childbirth and related conditions. Those who are applicable have the right to request reasonable accommodation for the previously explained conditions. The employer must provide the names, phone numbers, email addresses and addresses of staff members designated to handle requests for reasonable accommodation, or to act as contacts for filing complaints of discrimination. Lastly, the notice includes contact information if discrimination has occurred and a revision date of July 2015.

  • 05/2014 - Discrimination - The Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights has updated their Discrimination posting. State law now prohibits employers from asking applicants about arrest records, and makes it unlawful to ask about convictions until at or after a first interview (with certain exceptions). The Commission has added their website to the posting as well as a space to write the email of your company representative who handles issues concerning harassment and discrimination.

  • Written Safety Plans. These products are customized to your business, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
