Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

  • 03/2017 - Payday Notice- .The Texas Workforce Commission has updated their payday notice. The change reflects an updated location for the Labor Law Section office. The poster revision date is March 27, 2018


  • 09/2016 - Unemployment & Payday Notice - The Texas Workforce Commission has updated the Texas Unemployment and Payday Notice. A new phone number to report suspected fraud, waster or abuse of the unemployment program has been added to the notice. Lastly, the revision date has been updated to (0916).


  • 04/2015 - Unemployment Compensation & Payday Notice - Businesses whose employees are entitled to file for state unemployment benefits and are also covered by the Texas Payday Law must display the new Texas Unemployment Compensation & Payday Notice. Texas employers not liable under the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act, but subject to the Texas Payday Law, must display the Texas Payday Law Notice. The Texas Payday Law Notice is already included on our Texas Labor Law Poster.


  • 01/2014 - Child Labor Laws - The Texas Workforce Commission has updated their Child Labor Laws posting to include youth peddling activities as well as the catching and cooping of poultry in preparation for transport or for market as additional prohibited occupations that apply only to 14 & 15 years olds. They have added their address and updated the posting revision.



Texas Non-Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 04/2016 - Child Labor Laws -The Texas Workforce Commission has updated their Child Labor Laws notice. The changes include additions to the prohibited occupations for 14 through 17 year olds and also includes restrictions about child actors. The poster revision date is March 27, 2018.


  • 03/2016 - Equal Employment Opportunity - The Texas Workforce Commission updated the Equal Employment Opportunity in Texas notice. Provisions have been added stating that sexual harassment of unpaid interns is against the law and that Texas is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Program.


  • 01/2016 - Workers' Compensation Notice 9: Regarding Certain Work-Related Communicable Diseases and Eligibility For Workers' Compensation - The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation updated the Workers' Compensation Notice 9 posting. The Texas Department of Health has been renamed Texas Department of State Health Services. There is also an updated contact number for the Division of Workers' Compensation, and the revision date has been updated.


  • 04/2015 - Child Labor Laws - The Texas Department of Labor has updated their Child Labor Laws notice by revising a title within the subsections. Please note that the revision date has not changed and that this update has not affected the posting.


  • 04/2015 - Equal Employment Opportunity - The Texas Department of Labor has updated their Equal Employment Opportunity posting with minor adjustments to the notice's format. Please note that this has not affected the posting verbiage in any way.

Certain items are excluded from our return policy. They include:

  • Written Safety Plans. These products are customized to your business, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

Refunds

    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
