Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Utah Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 05/2017 - Workers' Compensation - The State of Utah Labor Commission has updated their Workers' Compensation Notice. The notice now includes dependant benefits in the case of death. In addition, the notice has been extensively reformatted. The new effective date of this notice is May 1, 2017.


  • 05/2016 - Pregnancy and Related Conditions - The Utah Labor Commission has released a new Pregnancy and Related Conditions notice. Under the Utah Anti-Discrimination Act, employers are required to make reasonable accommodations for an employee for pregnancy, child birth, breastfeeding, or a related condition, upon the employees request. An employer cannot require and employee to end the employment if a reasonable accommodation may be given, or deny employment opportunities to the employee if the denial is based on the need to make a reasonable accommodation unless the employer can show that the reasonable accommodation is an undue hardship. Employers may require an employee seeking reasonable accommodation to provide a medical certification. Employers may not require an employee to obtain a certification from the employee's health care provider for more frequent restroom, food, or water breaks. Lastly, a phone number and email address have been provided on the notice to receive more information.


  • Unemployment Insurance (Effective October, 2012) The Utah Department of Workforce Services has updated their Unemployment Insurance to reflect the addition of an office in Lehi, along with address and phone number.

  • Workplace Safety and Health in the State of Utah (Effective August, 2012) Poster was updated with major changes to the content of the posting, including changes to the rights of employees to a safe workplace and changes to information on inspections, citations, contests, appeals and informal reviews.

  • Workers' Compensation (Effective July, 2012) Poster was updated to reflect a change in the content clarifying that an employee may loose his or her rights if the injury is not reported with 180 days of the injury of work related illness.

  • Poster updated to reflect new content and contact information.

  • 06/2016 - Utah Workers' Compensation - The Utah Labor Commission has updated their Workers' Compensation Notice. A new web address has been added to receive further information on workers' compensation. Additionally, the notice has a new format and the Utah Labor Commission logo has been removed.


  • 03/2016 - Utah Workers' Compensation - The State of Utah Commission has updated their Workers' Compensation notice with a new logo and an effective date of 8/23/2016.

  • Written Safety Plans. These products are customized to your business, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.

      We do not charge a restocking fee for our items.
    • Who pays for the return shipping costs?
      In the event that you need to return an item due to defect or damage, we will pay for the shipping of that item(s). If an item is returned due to reasons such as 'I changed my mind' or 'I no longer need the item' or 'someone in our office ordered the wrong item' return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
