Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. Vermont Mandatory Posting Updates




  • 01/2018 - Pregnancy Accommodation Act - The Vermont Department of Labor has provided a new mandatory poster regarding Accommodations for Pregnant Employees. This notice explains rights of employees and employers with regards to pregnancy accommodations in the workplace. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.


  • 12/2016 - Earned Sick Time - The Vermont Department of Labor has released a new mandatory notice detailing the requirement of employers to provide Earned Sick Time to their employees. The notice details how sick time is earned, how is can be used, when accrual begins, exemptions and employee entitlement to earned sick leave. The new notice carries a revision date of December 2016.


  • 05/2015 - Workers' Compensation Reinstatement Rights - The Vermont Workers' Compensation Reinstatement Rights Notice has been updated with an additional description of when an employer is liable under the act. If an employer regularly employs ten or more employees with at least ten of whom work more than 15 hours a week, the employer has an obligation to rehire a worker who has suffered a work related injury under the circumstances listed on the notice. The posting has also been updated with new contact information, a new revision date and content formatting.


  • 01/2015 - Minimum Wage - The Vermont Department of Labor has updated their Minimum Wage posting to reflect the upcoming minimum wage increase on January 1st, 2015 to $9.15 per hour. Additionally, the Vermont minimum wage is set to increase on January 1st of each year until reaching $10.50 per hour on January 1st, 2018. A new revision date has been added to the posting.


  • 09/2014 - Posting of Safety Records - The Vermont Department of Labor has released their Posting of Safety Records Notice to Employees, which states that under Vermont law (21 V.S.A. §691a) all Vermont employers must advise their employees of where they may review the employer’s record of workplace safety, including workplace injury and illness. The employer’s data shall be available for review by any employee and by the Commissioner of Labor, but this information shall not otherwise be public information. Employers must fill out this new notice with contact information and post visibly.

  • 01/2018 - Earned Sick Time Act - The Vermont Department of Labor has updated the Earned Sick Time Act Notice. The change noted affects the website address of where to find more information. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.


  • 09/2016 - Unemployment Insurance - The Vermont Department of Labor has updated the Unemployment Insurance notice to reflect minor grammatical corrections. The notice carries a new revision date of 9/16.


  • 03/2016 - Minimum Wage - The Vermont Department of Labor updated the Minimum Wage notice with an updated email address and revision date of 03/16.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.
