Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

WISCONSIN MANDATORY POSTING UPDATES



  • 07/2016 - Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Leave Act - Effective July 1, 2016, Wisconsin's Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Leave Act requires that all employers (with 50 or more employees) allow their employees up to six (6) weeks leave in a 12-month period for the purpose of serving as a bone marrow or organ donor. Leave eligibility applies to employees who have worked with the employer for more than 52 consecutive weeks and for at least 1000 hours during said 52-week period. Employees shall be allowed to substitute paid or unpaid leave provided by the employer for Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave. Employers with 25 or more employees must post a notice which states the employer's policies for bone marrow and organ donation leave, and employers with 50 or more employees must also post the new Wisconsin Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Leave Act poster developed by the Department of Workforce Development.

  • 03/2016 - Unemployment Benefits - The State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Benefits notice. When applying for Unemployment Benefits, applicants must have a Wisconsin Driver's License or State Identification Number, or if they are a union member, the name and local number of the applicant's union hall. Non U.S. citizens must have their Alien Registration Number, the document number from which the document is obtained and its expiration date. A new web address for applicants to apply has been added along with an additional phone number to apply over the phone. Lastly, a new logo for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has been added along with an updated revision date of 3/2016.


  • 12/2014 - Family Medical Leave - The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has updated their Spanish Family Medical Leave notice to be more consistent with the English version of the posting. Please note that the English posting remains up-to-date and unchanged.
