Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.   • 11/2017 - Wage and Hour Notice to Employees -The North Carolina Department of Labor has updated their Wage and Hour Notice to Employees. The notice has been updated to reflect new information about the Employee Fair Classification Act. The new law establishes the Employee Classification Section within the Industrial Commission. The effective date of this notice is November 22, 2017..

  • 08/2016 - OSH - The North Carolina Department of Labor has updated their OSH notice. Information regarding discrimination retaliation against an employee for raising a health or safety concern, filing a complaint, reporting a work-related injury or illness, or assisting an inspector has been added. Lastly, a new copyright description and revision date have been added.

  • 12/2014 - OSH Notice to Employees - "The North Carolina Department of Labor has updated their OSHA poster to reflect the new OSHA employer reporting requirements for accidents and fatalities. Employers must report any work-related fatality within 8 hours and any work-related in-patient hospitalizations, work–related amputations and any work-related loss of an eye within 24 hours. Certain contact numbers have also been updated."
