Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Tennessee Mandatory Posting Updates




  • 06/2018 -Workers' Compensation Insurance - The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation has updated the Workers' Compensation Insurance Notice. The change includes a new title, instructions on when and how to report injuries, and a new required field (alternate employee representative). The notice also removes the section describing which employees are covered, indicating that all employees are now covered. The poster revision date is June 6, 2018..


  • 08/2017 - Wage Regulations Act - The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development has updated their Wage Regulations Act. The law has changed the frequency of wage payments from semi-monthly to once per month. There were several minor grammatical changes as well. The effective date of this notice is August 2017.


  • 03/2017 - Unemployment Insurance - The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The website used to file for unemployment benefits has changed. In addition, the section on "Partial Unemployment" has been removed. The revision date of the notice is now 3/17.


  • 10/2015 - Unemployment Insurance - The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Insurance Notice. A new procedure for filing for Unemployment Insurance has now been implemented for those who qualify. Unemployed individuals may now file for unemployment benefits with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development's Claims Operations and may now be filed by phone or online. The notice reflects a new web address for the department and for additional information. Finally, a new logo has been added along with the notice's authorization number.


  • 07/2015 - OSHA - The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development have updated their OSHA notice. The new notice has now been updated to reflect the new name for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) which was formerly known as Material Safety Data Sheets. The notice also includes a new contact number for the Jackson, Tennessee informational office and a new web address to receive TOSHA information. Lastly, a new authorization number has been included onto the notice.


  • 07/2015 - Workers' Compensation - The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation has updated their Workers' Compensation notice. Specifics related to the physician panel the employer provides have been removed including the requirement of 3 or more reputable physicians, surgeons, chiropractors or specialty practice groups within a 100 mile radius of the employee's community and the selection of those listed groups by the employee. Finally the name of the department for workers' compensation for Tennessee has been renamed and the web addresses for the "Agreement Between Employer/Employee Choice of Physician" form and the Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation have been updated.


  • 06/2015 - Discrimination in Housing - The Tennessee Human Rights Commission has updated their Discrimination in Housing notice. The notice now lists "Terms and Conditions" as a protected category. Additionally, the notice includes a new logo for the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, address, and contact information including a new web address.

  • Opened or partially used first aid supplies.
