Should you find that you need to return your order to us, we have in place a 90 day return policy. Please return the product(s) to us in good, undamaged condition, and fit for resale. The credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited for the return. We will refund the cost of the product(s) 100% (excluding shipping and handling fees). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refunds

We carry out a refund on your order within four weeks of receiving your package back to us. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), and for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Washington Mandatory Posting Updates



  • 01/2018 -Your Rights as a Worker - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Rights as a Worker notice. The Washington State Department has added Paid Sick Leave to their notice. The effective date of this notice is January 1, 2018.


  • 01/2018 - Minimum Wage-The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The new notice now reflects that the Minimum Wage for 2018 will be $11.50 per hour. This change will become effective on January 1, 2018.


  • 09/2015 - Job Safety and Health Law - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Job Safety and Health Law notice. Information regarding reporting guidelines to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) have been updated . Any work-related non-hospitalized amputation or loss of an eye must be reported within 24 hours to DOSH. Additionally, employees may now request an L&I inspection and take part in the inspection without the consequence of loss of wages or benefits. Finally, the format of the posting has been updated along with a new publication date.

    • 10/2017 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The Washington State Employment Security Department has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The notice now states the new hours of operation for persons with hearing or speaking impairments are only available Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. This change is effective October 2017.


    • 01/2017 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The Washington Employment Security Department has updated the Unemployment Benefits notice to remove the restrictions on making an online application for benefits. The URL for the WorkSource free resource for job hunting has been revised and the revision date has been updated to January, 2017.

    • 11/2015 - Unemployment Benefits - The Washington Employment Security Department updated the Unemployment Benefits posting. When applying for benefits, applicants will need to provide previous employer information within the last 18 months of employment instead of the last 24 months. The criteria for applying online has also been reduced from 24 months to 18 months for applicants who had a job outside of Washington. If applying by phone, availability hours have been changed from 8 am - 5 pm to 8 am - 4 pm and there is no longer suggested calling days based on one's social security number. There is also a new layout to the posting which includes a picture of the website and URL. The revision date has also been updated.


    • 11/2015 - Notice to Employees-If a Job Injury Occurs (State-Insured) - The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries updated the Notice to Employees-If a Job Injury Occurs (State-Insured) posting with various updates to the department's URL on finding L&I's network providers and where the Report of Accident form can be found.


    • 10/2015 - Job Safety and Health Law - The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries updated the Job Safety and Health Law posting with a correction to the DOSH telephone number in which employers may report deaths, in-patient hospitalizations, amputations, or loss of an eye.


    • 03/2015 - Your Rights as a Worker - The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries has updated their Your Rights as a Worker in Washington State poster by notifying workers that there is available, upon request, foreign language support and formats of the poster for persons with disabilities. There has been no revision date change for the posting.
